About TWT
Over the years as a therapist, I've engaged many women who would comment that they were in therapy, but it wasn't complete; something was missing, aspects of their issues were not addressed.
In Total Wellness Therapy (TWT) there's engagement in all aspects of women’s concerns, TWT addresses these aspects through the ‘Seven Wellness Centers’ approach and emphasizes the interconnectedness of these aspects and their collective impact on a woman's overall health and well-being:
Seven Wellness Centers:
(1.) Spiritual Wellness (Having a sense of purposefulness)
(2.)Mental Wellness (Logical and positive thinking)
(3.) Communication Wellness (Power of words)
(4.) Emotional Wellness (Feelings resolution and management)
(5.) Self-Esteem Wellness (Self-acceptance, Self-worth, Self-confidence)
(6.) Physical Wellness (Diet, Exercise, Relaxation, Restoration)
